About:
Isaac Kim (He/Him) is a technologist, artist, and multi-instrumentalist primarily working in sound, video, sculpture, and installation. His work explores aspects of agency in response to an increasingly technologically enmeshed world.
He has shown work both online and in alternative exhibition spaces in Maine and Colorado, as well as institutions such as the Boulder Museum, the ATLAS institute and the Portland Symphony Orchestra.
He received his Bachelor of the Arts at the University of Colorado, Boulder in Mathematics as well as a masters in engineering in Creative Technology and design with a concentration in computer music composition.
Currently he is pursuing a master’s in Fine Art at the Maine College of Art & Design.
